We will meet every pay date, every time. As long as your data reaches us within the agreed timescales, your people will be paid accurately and on time.

  Confidentiality
Your data and your employees’ personal information are protected by our technology and our people. We take data security seriously – our ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certifications are evidence of that, not just words.

  Transparency
We are open about our processes, our pricing, and our service. If we make a mistake, we will tell you, and we will do everything in our power to put it right. No hiding, no blaming, no excuses.

  No offshoring
Your payroll will never be processed outside the UK. Our team is based here, and all data is held within the EU. Always.

Our pricing promise

Budget certainty matters in education — unexpected cost increases create real problems, whether you’re running a single school or a multi-academy trust.

We can’t promise no price rises – we’d like to, but that’s not the reality of running a business responsibly.

What we can promise is this:

We will never raise our prices by more than inflation (CPI).
Any increase will be proportional and reasonable, not a way to quietly grow our margins at your expense. And we will always give you plenty of notice of any changes to pricing.

We don’t hide behind an artificial, cheap per payslip price.
We’ve seen it too many times – a low headline rate that quietly becomes a much bigger bill once the ‘extras’ are added. With us, every element is itemised upfront. No surprise additions, no paying for things you don’t need.

  If you want price certainty, we can lock it in.
Opt for a fixed-term contract, and your price is fixed for the duration. No surprises, no mid-contract adjustments.
